Magnetic Stimulation Probe Systems
SemiProbe manufactures a family of manual and semiautomatic probe systems that are integrated with OEM magnet suppliers to provide solutions for spintronic (MRAM, FeRAM) and Hall Effect devices as well as emerging memory technologies such as quantum computing, data storage and data transfer.
Most types of magnets integrated are horizontal or projected field with interchangeable poles. Magnets are usually mounted underneath or above the device under test (DUT). SemiProbes patented Probe System for Life ® (PS4L) probing platform is ideally suited to excel in this application.
All key components are interchangeable, making it modular, customizable, and easy to switch between individual die, partial wafers, and whole wafers. Topside and Bottom Side magnet mounting, fixturing, and probing options are available. A complete line of unique accessories for holding and probing devices at ambient or over temperature are available.
